You spend all day assembling a group, you've made a group and have got the the most important and xp giving part then someone says "i've got to go" or "this group will never work", stupid idiots or what? why start it if you're not gonna finish it?

mayb we should let ppl let know to witch instance they want to go and we post that in guild message. ppl can suscribe and if they say i have to go just before it starts they lose points or get kicked out of guild. unless they got a good reasen ofc.

EDIT: i've made it now, if you want to make a request then just ask on the section "Guild Instance Requests" plus that being chucked out of the guild was a little extreme

Instances are sooo anoying like you said, but when you are just about to take out the big boss and whoa where did everyone go we didn't kill the boss and everyone has gone 4 hours of my time has been completely wasted!!!!

i know it's pretty hard but it was only a suggestion... but if we do it we only keep the nice ppl left (too bad there is a chance that those are about 20 ppl)
